If you would like help paying for Herceptin, there may be options to help you get the medicine you need.
Herceptin Access Solutions
Even if you have health insurance, you might feel concerned about the cost of your treatment. Herceptin Access Solutions can refer you to patient assistance options.
There may be assistance for people taking Genentech medicines who have:
- A commercial insurance plan (such as one you get through your employer or through a Health Insurance Marketplace like HealthCare.gov)
- A public insurance plan (such as Medicare or Medicaid)
- No insurance

Genentech Patient Foundation*
The Genentech Patient Foundation gives free Genentech medicine to people who meet certain income criteria and don't have insurance coverage or have financial concerns.
*If you have health insurance for your medicine, you must have already used all forms of available patient assistance and meet financial criteria to qualify for free Herceptin from the Genentech Patient Foundation. If you do not have insurance or your insurance does not cover your medicine, you must meet different financial criteria.

Genentech BioOncology® Co-pay Card Program
If you qualify, the Genentech BioOncology Co-pay Card Program can help you with the out-of-pocket (OOP) costs of your medicines. The card is for people with a private (commercial) healthcare plan. To qualify, you must also meet other criteria.
Eligibility criteria apply. Not valid for patients using federal or state government programs to pay for their medications. Patient must be taking the Genentech medication for an FDA-approved indication. See full terms and conditions at www.copayassistancenow.com.
